Chad and his entire staff were extremely professional and responsive. We never had to worry what was going on with the sale of our property because they would give us updates as soon as they had information to share. Chad was able to negotiate the sale of our house without asking us to lower our price. He knew what our price point was and that’s what he got us. There was no pressure. I would highly recommend Chad for any real-estate buying or selling!

We couldn't have asked for a better experience in purchasing our new cabin in the Brainerd lakes area this spring. Chad is extremely responsive and knowledgable. Chad was the second agent to take on a listing for my deceased father's home. He has a wonderful market approach far superior to any agent in that area in my opinion, He sold the house in 60 days and during that period had 7 more showings than the previous agent/company. I would highly recommend anyone selling or buying real estate in that area to sit down and talk to Chad first!
