Jeff isom was great he knew exactly what to do to get the house sold. Kelsey was easy to work with and we felt very comfortable with her guidance through the home buying process. We would definitely choose her again if we buy another house. We worked with Jeff on 2017 to purchase our home near Lake Mille Lacs. He was very knowledgeable and did a great job for us. We worked with him again the following year to purchase a small cabin and again in 2022 when he helped my mom sell her home and purchase her new one. He is an expert in his profession and a great guy. Would definitely work with him again.
We needed to sell quickly. With the quick sale we were able to purchase our new home. I think the quality of the home photos generated a lot of looks at our property on line. The first weekend we had multiple showings with 3 solid offers. Jeff did a great job negotiating for us. We ran into an easement problem. He has made this process go so smooth, without any worries and or questions left to be answered, he covers it all with such a great attitude.
