It was a very smoot, easy process selling my home through Chad Schwendeman. I was moving out of state, they got things rolling and sold my house just as we were moving. They made it very easy to close remotely. I appreciated all efforts put into the sale of my home through Exit Lakes Realty.

Amanda was extremely responsive and available at a minutes notice. She was very knowledgeable about market values and the negotiation process. We are very happy with our house and because she was available we were able to get an offer in on a house that had 3 offers in less than 8hrs.

Rod was fantastic to work with from the beginning all the way to the closing. Always tried to accommodate are schedule for showings. Very professional and knowledgeable of the area where we were looking. He worked very hard to find houses for us to look at and he was Very Patient with my wife and I on making a decision. Always gave honest and helpful opinions. We highly recommend Rod and will refer him and will use him again when we sell.
