My experience with Randa over at Chad Schwendeman's office has been flawless! She went out of her way and had a lot of patience with us as we made a big decision to leave Montana and move to MN. The buying of our property was so easy and that all comes with the experience of Randa and the office of Chad Schwendeman.

There are no shortage of real estate agents but Chad is a real estate expert. He provided excellent customer service in addition to marketing that brought many more showings than previous Realtors we listed with. He was single minded in his attempts to do what we wanted and that was to sell our house. Don't waste your time searching for the best Realtor, you'll find him when you hire Chad Schwendeman.

I worked with Randa to find a house. She was so willing to show me homes and even some a second time. She was so fun to work with. Exit Realty is very fortunate to have such a great hard working and dedicated employee. She made looking for a home less stressful. She was very patient walking me through all the steps.
