We listed our home with Chad, When they put sign in the yard in a day there was a showing. On Friday they did a showing. Sold at full asking price. I had my own Pictures on Zillow, took them off when I seen Pictures that Chad had posted so much better. First time I sold a house and it was a pleasant experience with all of Chad,s team.
