I have passed by this facility for years and decided to stop in. What a surprise. The store if full of the nicest backyard furniture money can buy and at incredibly low prices. You can shop at Home Depot, Lowe’s etc. but not fine the selection and quality of product at Chair King prices. You really need to go check out the River Oaks store between Kirby and Greenbriar off the Southwest Freeway.
My experience at Chair king was nothing short of amazing. Barbette was super helpful and patient while I scanned the entire store before I came to a decision on what I wanted. I highly recommend Chair King to anyone looking for patio furniture!
Barbette was very professional and followed up with me with applicable information I requested from her. Even though she could not solve my issue with getting the replacement cushions I needed because of lack of reasonable availability and pricing, she offered other options and really cared that I was taken care of. She did find solutions for other issues I needed help with concerning my outdoor furniture.
Don't let the name Chair King make you think that this place is focused on just chairs. They have a huge selection of outdoor furniture in the showroom. Everything you could imagine for a beautiful patio living area. The selections available are for a wide range of budgets and everything was of weighted quality. We were pleased with the pricing on our choices and our sales associate Mr. Lew P. was a pleasure to deal with. Chair King had great products and prices compared to a lot of places we shopped before. They were able to sell us an excellent outdoor dining set with a 20 year warranty at an excellent price. Julian and Lew were excellent to work with and answered all of our questions!
