The individuals we worked with were great. The only issue we had was, we continuously received request for items after we sent the items in. Actually we are still getting request to send in items even after the loan has been approved.

The title company service was poor at best. I had to follow up quite a few times as they were over two hours late for our appointment. Left multiple voicemails and they had little regard for the value of our time.
