Great food, you get to try a huge variety of meat. Also a huge salad selection.
Always delicious! Took my parents to celebrate their 50th anniversary. They can't afford places like this and we're impressed with everything. The servers made it special and served a special dessert after we ate the main course. I wish I could afford to eat there more often!

Guilherme (I hope I spelled that right!) is absolutely the best waiter I have ever had at any restaurant. I've eaten at a few different Brazilian Steakhouses and Chama Gaucha is by far the best in terms of meat quality/flavor, salad bar, and sides (the Pão de Queijo was above and beyond the best). On top of that, the staff there are the epitomy of professional and customer obsessed.
I love this place however today’s visit was not up to the usual awesomeness I am used to experiencing at this place. Clearly it was WAY busier than they were anticipating because they were so many dis-sheveled looking people filling water and practically throwing side-dishes on the table. The wait staff is always clearly identifiable in pressed & polishes uniforms, not wrinkled, ill-fitting button down shirts & crooked bow ties. But still an overall good experience & birthday
Top notch all the way around. Choose Chama Gaucha for an early holiday team lunch. Hosting our group of 7 was not a problem. All dietary needs and preferences on how meat was cooked (med rare to well done) was accommodated. Great service, great food, great experience!

Chama Gaucha has a friendly atmosphere. The food is excellent, even something for Vegans and children. The staff is excellent, overall the restaurant is warm and inviting.
Going to this restaurant is always a guaranteed success. We are never disappointed, and we have been going for years since it first opened. Service is also amazing! We have tried other Brazilian steak houses only to get disappointed since we always compare it to Chama Gaucha.
