My husband and I discovered Chama Gaucha in 2008 when we celebrated our eleventh anniversary, and since then we have added and celebrated every special occasion. To our childrens birthdays and achievements to just a wonderful night of savory flavors and amazing service. Great atmosphere and AWESOME service!!! The staff pays great attention and makes sure the plates are full along with the drinks being topped off. Highly recommend!
Your plate is never empty. The very attentive waiters are always making sure your plate has some meat on it. Awesome service. Highly recommend.
My wife and I have eaten at Chama Gaucha on multiple occasions and with our son coming back from military deployment we thought we would take the kids (4)out to eat at your restaurant. We had the option of going downtown at a competitor or taking the closer Brazilian Steakhouse option which was Chama Gaucha. We enjoy Chama often. Usually the service is outstanding. This time our waiter was on a mad rush to get us to leave. He came and took our plates before our courses were finished . The annoyed my wife so much that she did not enjoy her meal . He also would refer to me as OK BOSS . Just an off night for this go to place for my family.
This was my husband and my first time here. It was great! We both really enjoyed the food and our two servers were excellent! The guys that come around with the meat are like ninja's. As soon as you turn your card over they are there, it was pretty awesome!! I would highly recommend! We will def be back next time we are in San Antonio.
