Sheyna has been an absolute pleasure to work with. She is extremely professional , knowledgeable and kind. The world is so different now and people lose that personal touch and she definitely has that special human touch as well. I was feeling so stressed about this and a little bit, unsure. We had a great move-in experience and truly appreciate all the support throughout the process. Sheyna was professional, responsive, and very helpful from start to finish. Any questions we had were answered quickly, and everything was clearly communicated, which made the transition smooth and stress-free. First off, let me start by saying Sheyena was absolutely a dream come true. The whole Chambers property management company Team was a wonderful experience. I had a great experience with Chamber Property Management. Kendra and Shayna were prompt, professional, and provided excellent customer service throughout the process. Communication was clear, everything was handled efficiently, and they are supportive of second chances. I would highly recommend them.
Kendra is our owner, Sheyna helping your transition if you move and the person you been dealing with is Monique helping you with rent and Vanessa helping with work orders ! This property management company is awesome! They’ve helped us every step of the way, they communicate incredibly and in a timely manner, they never have any problems with questions we may have. I really enjoy that they do interviews of the tenants, it made the whole process feel really personable and I appreciate that, not like we’re just numbers on a paper. We will hopefully be with them for a good while!
