Do not deal with this dishonest business. The salesman assured us that the windows we were purchasing qualified for the energy tax credit. Turns out they lied, and they do not qualify. Their dishonesty cost us $600. To make it worse, the workmanship of the windows, and the quality of installation is pretty bad. Wish we had gone elsewhere. Do not make the same mistake we did.
Bill will come to your house and lie to your face. Do not even waste your time. Told me we had 3 days to cancel. Even called my cell to tell me everything was done. The next day I call the loan company to find out it had not been cancelled. The owner is the only one who can do so. Had I waited 12 more hours to make that call I would have owed 10 grand on something not done. RUN. Bill you should be ashamed of yourself. Hope someone doesn’t take advantage of your wife the same way.
Explained everything thoroughly and demonstrated glass. It’s the only company that would customize what we wanted. We have ordered a sunroom and will update review when project is completed.
DO NOT EVER USE CHAMPION WINDOWS AND SUNROOMS OF SAVANNAH! My rating? ZERO! I contracted with Champion Windows and Sunrooms of Savannah in July 2025. I put down a large down payment. Well…as of December 2025, NO WORK WAS DONE! I cancelled the project and expected most of my deposit back. Guess what? They KEPT OVER $13,000! I WAS STRUNG ALONG FOR MONTHS AFTER BEING TOLD “We can complete this project in a week or two”. Seriously, do not use these lying incompetent crooks.
The salesman told us everything we wanted to hear to make the deal. It took over 2 months to get the window installation started and over three months later the job is still incomplete. The manager of the job came out an ensured to let us know that payment was due even without the job being done. The tactics used to get us to agree to pay were terrible and we should never have made the payment.
