I am Joe Hatchard, the pastor at Coghill Baptist Church. I contacted Mr. Gene Pack, and he came out promptly and directed us to the installers. We looked at one of the side windows that we had not considered at that time. They were punctual, practical, and took care of the one window. They were on time, and the price was commendable. The products offered by Champion Windows are very good products. However, some of the workers I dealt with didn't have the best attitude. Save the attitudes and it would be a wonderful business for which I would highly recommend. Pete was outstanding in every aspect of the job.
Pete Headrick was fantastic to work with. He was not pushy but was very helpful. The quality of the workmanship was great. There was a little damage around the skylight and they came out immediately and fixed it. We are 100% satisfied with the work Champion did for us.
Champion gave us the best price and did the best job. Like I said, other companies wouldn't even bid it due to some of the complexities.
We did some research on different companies. We decided to go with Champion. I am so glad that we chose them. I love the service and people. I would highly recommend them, and I hope to see them again when we build our new home.
Gene, Jerry, and Logan were all efficient at their work and very courteous. I am very pleased at the job that they did for me. They worked well together and are just a great bunch of people to work with.
We were very pleased with the workmanship and the quality of the materials used to upbuild our deck, screen and porch. Everyone was very professional, helpful and followed through exactly the way they said they would.
They are absolutely wonderful. They don't give you a hard sell. The windows are fabulous. I can already feel the difference. I believe it will cut down on our bills.
When selecting windows, I highly recommend going with the best value, and not necessarily the lowest price. The value of Champion windows is superb, and I would recommend them to anyone.
