It is nearly impossible to get tesults when you contact someone. They say they will come for paperwork toi be signed but do not show up. When I call back and leave a message no one returns my call. We waited over 2 months to have 4 small pieces that were not sent with original install. When they finally came back to install them they weren't the correct color snd had to be reordered. The supervisor was not helpful at all.
Although the product is nice, the timeliness to actually get the item takes way too much time. Ordered items in Aug 2021 and was initially told 8-10 weeks. The wrong measurements were taken by Champion staff, and had to be re-taken and order was re-submitted as new order. Item did not even arrive until over 6 months after the initial order, when we were initially told 8-10 weeks.
I don't recommend them because they took almost a year to get my stuff done. I know COVID-19 put a hold on things, but I asked them to keep me informed. They didn't. I had to keep calling in.
Took almost 9 months to get the siding and gutters installed on the house and the installers didn’t finish the job!
The service was not good, and there was a lack of communication.
Work was not within quoted timeframe. Work was not completed as agreed to with the salesman. Extra supplies were ordered and expected to be returned without reimbursement.
I would have to give a qualified recommendation to anyone to be careful. I was told that Champion only makes one window however that is untrue and I was not told about it until it was too late to cancel my order. I needed to save money so the salesman offered me a shorter warranty for a “discount”. However the “discount” was really as lesser window. I learned weeks after my purchase that I would receive a window with only 10 coating as opposed to the 365 window with 12 coating. This is a deception on the part of the salesman... read more
