We really dig our windows. They are a huge step above our previous windows. They look great and the installlers did a pretty good job. The caulk lines are perfect. One of our windows came scuffed though. I'm not sure if it's from the install it the transportation. But our most expensive window, the tempered bathroom window, is scuffed across the middle which was pretty disappointing to say the least.
I was very impressed with the quality of work and the quality of the material installed on the house. Any issue that I would bring up they would resolve. I feel confident that I made the right choice with champion windows.
The quality of the door is very high. The installation was also neat. The door fits perfectly and closes very easily. It's not a 5-star rating due to the length of time for the door to be manufactured. That time was extremely high. They might not necessarily have control over that. One month turned into three months.
It is the second time I have used Champion. Both times they have done a great job.
