Champion Windows of Columbus, OH was very professional. They were able to explain things to where we could understand the difference between the windows and chose the one we wanted. The crew that came to do the work was awesome, and we're very happy with the product.

Champion Windows was a very good product from start to finish (from sales to completion). The salesperson was knowledgeable, the crew was knowledgable, and they assisted me throughout the entire process. As we went through the build process, they provided quality feed back on recommendations on how to continue the project until completion. Champion Windows was very courteous and the project lead was always in communication with me whether it was verbally or email.

From the first call we received two prompt responses. The salesman was here on time. He spent a lot of time telling us about the product and how much money we would save as far as our energy costs. I think he may have been low on that estimate. I think we will save even more. We have a very large sun room and after the work was complete, we opened up the vents when it was 24 degrees outside and a very comfortable 70 degrees inside.
