I thought they were fabulous to work with. Out of all the estimates I received, while not the cheapest they had the best and most personable staff. All the way from Marlin down to the actual workers. I could not complain at all. They were all pleasant, did the work and did it well with minimal fuss. I am really pleased with them!
Champion did a sunroom in my home and I've been so pleased with it and I've had people that have bought one from you because they saw mine and what a good job you guys did. I am very pleased and plan on putting in even more windows with Champion. I was especially pleased with the staff's honesty when I asked for a certain type of window that would not have been structurally safe for my home. From the time we placed our order and had them installed was five weeks! Anthony was a great sales rep and our install crew was amazing. Our windows look great. Extremely satisfied with our decision.
Champion Windows are high quality, but watch carefully and check carefully that the installation matches the quality.
The sales associate was professional he had a demonstration and was able to answer all my questions.He was able to get me my price the same day. The crew was able to schedule at my convenience.
They were 2-3 weeks early. They got a shipment early and my windows happened to be on the truck. They said it was not going to be done until July and they showed up in May or the beginning of June. That worked out really well and it was not really hot.
The crew that came to install our windows was professional, punctual, and very nice to work with. They did a great job, and cleaned up afterwards. Thank you Champion!!
Marlin my salesman was very professional, courteous, timely, and very informative about the products and materials to be used. After meeting with 3 other companies prior to Marlin, I felt that Marlin was very trustworthy and I really valued his opinions. Justin, my project manager was also great. He kept open communication and responded to my questions and concerns in a very timely manner.
I am very pleased with my champion windows also the professional way Anthony and the installers acted (very professional and polite). I would recommend champion windows to all my friends.
