I thought the installation crew was absolutely phenomenal, very conscientious and considerate. They did a good job of clean up as we were most concerned about the dogs. There were no issues there. Both the door and siding crew were absolutely fabulous.
My husband and I are very happy with our new windows from Champion. The installer were terrific and very efficient and through in the installation of the windows. The finish work is outstanding.
They stand behind what they say. We had an issue with a baseboard that was dented during construction. They came back out and fixed it.
Everything was straight forward. The only thing I ran across is that if they have to come out for any issues, they charge you a service charge for their vehicles, which wasn't very straight forward in the contract. That would be nice if they stated that more clearly. Other than that, everything was fine. The install guy was really nice, friendly and easy to work with.
We think the gentlemen who installed the windows did a fantastic job! Absolutely super!

Good windows. Like them so far, but I only had them for 1.5 weeks now. Marlin was good to deal with and I will reach out to him for future projects. I feel I should be refunded the $39/window for lead paint though. The installers didn't take any extra precautions. It seems like a scam to me. I dealt with lead paint many times in the past while repainting barns. The only thing you need to be concerned about is not eating it or letting it get in a cut. I was really impressed with how nice everyone was. I knew that they were not lying whenever they told me anything. I was confident in everything that they said and totally trusted them.
