The job was well done and I am very satisfied and happy with the company.
The installation crew did an excellent job and they were very courteous.
The consultation presented by Chris Miller was thorough and professional. The installation crew was skillful and punctual. However, the job is not yet done. One of the windows (the most visible one) was broken upon delivery and was taped with blue tape to hold it together. I am pretty sure that this is not the best insulation strategy. More than 2.5 months have passed since the installation but we have no idea when this window will be replaced. Two other minor fixes are also outstanding.
