I had no problems with the company and everything was great.
We're happy with the quality of the product and the actual installation crew did a great job, but we are unsatisfied with some of the customer service. The amendments should have been better explained and we are still waiting to have the issue of the wrong windows replaced.
Professional and courteous staff go a long way towards making me want to be a repeat customer in most buying situations. In this case that absolutely held true as I have just purchased my second round of products from Champion.
