I was very satisfied with Champion's quality and installation.
Eveything was fine but the problem with the trim but they took care ot that. Overall, I'm happy with the end product.
The installation crew was phenomenal.

Overall, I'm not a raving fan after my experience of getting new windows. The windows are better than my 20 year old windows, but I'm surprised that I'm not noticing more of a difference in terms of room temperature and drafts. The installation crew left my house dirty, and I was surprised that the company doesn't install clean windows. The windows weren't filthy, but they weren't clean either.
