We were definitely satisfied with the workmanship and the quality of the windows and the crew themselves. We were a little dissatisfied that it took longer than it was supposed to. We weren't told that. We are overall satisfied with everything else.

My experience working with Champion Windows of Tri-Cities is that they were professional. They were courteous. They were very caring and explained everything as they did it so that I would understand. The window looks awesome and it has helped greatly with the warmth of the room.
