Champion has a problem with a several month time delay between ordering and delivery with no mention of this problem when ordered.

We are happy with the installer but we were told it would be 6-8 weeks and it was 6 months. I called them and I was told it was the type of windows I ordered and that was not true. My order was actually there, it was just not marked.

The process between ordering and installing was less than satisfactory. We were initially told 8-10 weeks, but after 12 weeks I had to ask for a status update. I found out that my windows were sitting there and no one ever called us.

They were very professional and did a great job. They explained everything.

They guaranteed their windows, and when they installed my first windows I had a small hairline crack in it. It eventually cracked all the way over. That was back in October, and they still have not replaced that yet.
