Sales were very knowledgeable of this product. I had no idea there were so many different brands out there that did not have the warranty that Champion has or the insulation that other brands don't have. This is a great window!!!

We requested an appointment and got one the next day. They were very flexible with scheduling around my work. James showed up exactly on time and was extremely polite and helpful. He took the time to answer every question we had and discussed many options without being “a salesperson” and pushy. He even reached out to coworkers to answer questions he wasn’t sure about, rather than making something up on the spot. Champion replaced 2 regular-sized windows in one bedroom and a larger window in a second bedroom which is now a beautiful sliding window facing the street. The single window pictured is in a third bedroom and my new windows are virtually identical! The workers were very professional and answered all my questions. The sales representative was very knowledgeable about the product. On time, and very professional. With no question, I actually cancelled the appointments with the other two companies that were scheduled to come out!

Champion installed a sun room. David and Ethan the installers did a great job. They were very careful and David made sure everything worked!
