During the process the customer service was the worse experience of my life.
They scheduled them to do the windows, and I finally got the windows done in a decent frame of time to finish up and finalize the job. It took 8 months to finish, so I was not very happy with it. It was one excuse after another.
Horrible customer service, windows installed incorrectly causing water damage 6 months ago and still havent been fixed cant even get a phone call returned
I have three reasons why I would not recommend them. They didn't keep an agreement in the contract referencing the door. They made an appointment to come back and work on the door but didn't show up and didn't call me. The salesman tried to get a change order, but he acted like he never heard of a change order. He said he would check with people and call me back, but he never called me back.
