Poor scheduling and communication.
I am still waiting on a screen door, that was damaged during installation, to be repaired. It has been since May.
I have been waiting six months for two screens to be replaced from the install of our new patio door and bedroom window. I believe that is unacceptable.
I called them because I had questions and they said it would be a month and I haven't heard from them since.
We've had some issues after installation and we've had trouble getting someone out to fix things.
Did not complete satisfactory work and not responsive to fix mistakes.
