Install team of 5 was most excellent! Was told it would take a day and possibly 2. 3 1/2 hours after arriving they were done! Took me and my wife inside to show us all the features and how they work. That was it and were gone, but I watched the lead guy drive away and watched his install work all the way down the street! You could feel the pride he had in their work. Windows are everything I could have asked for!!

The customer service and the sales pitch were excellent! It was very informative and professional. I did not appreciate was the add-on yes program, which completely took me by surprise. It was unexpected and I did not appreciate the approach you took on that, it put me in a very difficult situation. I ended up going with Champions because of the workmanship. They were local and made in the USA. And all the other features that are beneficial for my house situation.

We still have a couple of windows to change over and can’t wait to complete the job at a later date. We have recommended to friends and family members and showed of the finish project.
