I may recommend Champion but reluctant about the Raleigh office. Until Rick Kale and Joe Stevens got involved the Raleigh office was useless.

Great windows functionally and they look great inside. The outside has been a nightmare. If you have vinyl siding, they dont supply nice vinyl J channel. The hand build the outsides with plain aluminum. No two windows matched after the first install. 3 out of 4 had to be torn out and mounted again. One out of 4 had to be torn out twice with new frames built 3 times! It took them 3 weeks to finishthe job due to all tge rework and some days they just didnt show up at all. Our experience with Champion was varied. Sales presentation and contract issue went well. Following that we were left hanging for months unable to reach personnel and get responses to the point of regretting our purchase. When construction finally was scheduled, the process and product was very good.

They were very hard to reach and work with. It took a long time, and we understood that because of the supply chain. It took an extra month and there was no adjustment.

They were untimely. I have waited over half a year for some kind of response from Champion and have not received it. There are issues with the financing with Greensky. There was misinformation about delivery of the product or when the work would start.
