The quality of the windows is not what I expected. It is not worth the price. I could have got the same windows at a much cheaper price.

Our experience with Champion started out okay and then just continually got worse until we were threatened with being sent to collections for simply wanting to talk to someone about our concerns. We had zero point of contact for communication throughout the process of building, even after reaching out to our supposed lead multiple times, calling the main line and also calling corporate twice. The salesperson lead me to believe that the rotten wood around the threshold of the doors would be replaced. When the installers came, they said they didn't replace that but tore it up anyway. I ordered four doors, and they have four different keys. No one has called me to correct the problem.
