I am very unhappy with the quality of the product - my windows sag and are difficult to lock. the installation crew does a great job with a very inferior product. i would like to discuss my dissatisfaction with the upper management of Champion Windows of Raleigh.
My money was mishandled and a $500 dollar check I wrote out to the company got misplaced. They proceeded to insist I pay the fee again even though my bank statements show a withrdaw of funds.
The installer and sales guys were knowledgeable and professional. The back office dropped the ball, we had a lot of issues with the ordering, replacement windows being incorrect and we're still waiting for some issues to be dealt with.
Installed wrong windows on 8-9-18. now 10-1-18 with no response from forman Kipp or champion windows office.Was told right windows were reordered day of wrong window installation .Cannot get anyone to return callsToday makes 7 weeks
Extremely disappointed in the service and install of product respectively..... May my experience not be repeated and a higher value of customer relations be model moving forward by Champion and all the contractors associated with the company.
The final product was great but dealing with the customer service and management sucked...They push the sell but fail to deliver... 7 month deal from signing to completion. Not very organized.
