I've had Champion do work before on my home and rental property and it was good. It seems the small jobs are a problem with the Champion System.

this guy tony wilson is the biggest liar of all times this was dream and b s salesman he lie to me he cause me and my family lots of problems all most 36 years marriage all most ended because of him,also mr blake who supposed to solve problem was going to leave my windows with out insulation out side in my back yard 2 days before the snow storm in january telling me you bought them you take them ,then he made the installers load them in the truck he was smart to take the windows back,because i was going to put them in the fr... read more

Although our house was only 2 years old and the master bedroom widows were in perfectly good shape we had Champion replace the windows to reduce outside noise. The factory rep assured us their widows would reduce the noise. The first crew they sent had difficulty changing out the windows and did a shoddy job. It was not what we expected of a professional window installation company. They had to send a second crew to fix the shoddy work. Terrible experience overall and would never recommend this company, run, don't walk away as fast as you can!Hard to believe they can stay in business the way they operate.

I was disappointed in the painter. He left some things behind. While I understand they were trying to be helpful when they put my venetian blinds back up, they bent the holder. I love the windows, though.

If i can take some stars away i would. I give them a -1 star. Champion window and siding is not a good company to work with and i do not recommend them to do any work on anyone's house. They broke my window and drug there feet on repairing the window. I ended up having to hire another company to fix the broken window that champions crew broke. it was obvious that the install manager did not want this broken window issue to effect there ratings or score because he and another office employee kept calling me asking me to sign ... read more

Ms. Redline seemed to know her product but did not know how to fill her order sheet right so l am stuck with Windows I did not ask for and my neighbors are upset with me. I did not know that I needed to know how to fill out the order sheet.
