I would like to speak with the foreman or supervisor who sent and ordered the work crew to resize my window frame. The larger window was not sized in accordance with the last measurement taken prior to installation.

When the Sales Associate showed me the product I knew it was "top quality" and not along the same lines as the "$199 windows or less" that I saw advertised on a regular basis. As the old saying goes, "you get what you pay for". Champion windows team was "top notch" from the beginning to the end. I love my new windows and would highly recommend them for your needs.

I had to keep calling back and follow up to get the inspectors to come out. Other than that, the workmanship was fine.
