All windows look great and all except one were spotlessly cleaned upon completion. You should check before they leave that all yours are cleaned. At the end of the project I was shown how al the windows work, although I was not told how to take the screens out. When I called the office for instructions they followed up within reasonable time. We expect we will use Champion to replace the remainder of our windows, within the next year.

My only problem was the change of the schedule a few times. Other than that it was a plus service.

Believe it or not, the salesperson talked me _out_ of the more expensive option that I originally asked for. That's rare.
