I would recommend Champion Windows if they could afford them. Champion is more expensive that others.

I will say Rod at office was helpful & Patience. Not all project material made it to the house & did not get put up or installed. I was still charged for the missing material not installed & it would have been over $1000.00 & never received credit for the product not installed...Maybe an oversig...

We signed the contract and then a few weeks later were told we owed more money. Windows were also to be installed at end of November but were not installed until I threatened to cancel contract . All but one window was installed end of January.

We will NOT be recommending Champion to our neighbors, friends or family. The bad workmanship, poor quality of the product, additional costs we will have to incur and the time off work to document/coordinate visits are the reasons we will not be recommending Champion. Champion had to come back to our home 6 times post installation to repair multiple installation issues and damage that my husband and I discovered. The damages and repairs will now require for us to paint the indoor ceiling and outdoor trim. We are still not sa... read more
