The doors are great. The people involved with each step were professional (home show salesperson, in home salesperson, measurements, and installation). The quality of the install was disappointing. There were gaps on each side of the door that we had to fill with caulk and then paint to make it look decent.
I asked for the windows to match my front, and when the windows came in, they were tinted. I talked to the salesperson. I thought he said he would get back to me about it. He did say he could match the front windows but they were going to tint. They were kind of sloppy too--there was a lot of glass on the ground.
