great windows... installation was shabby, cheap, and not to customer satisfaction.

I believe the cost was not worth what we received. I will not be using Champion for the replacement of the remaining windows in my home.

On the first day came home and contracted was working on the wrong part of my house. Contacted Champion, person I talked to was very nice, told me to email Roy Richter about my problem. Received a generic email response stating he is in training and never received a response from him. I find this somewhat disturbing see that you have a customer stating the wrong work is being performed on your house. Upon completion of the project, there were 4-5 corrections that needed to be made. A screen had a hole in it and there wasn't a handle on one of the sliders. My tenant had to dig her fingernails in to figure out how to open it. If they didn't have the part they should have notified us; instead, I had to complain.

I think they need to work on getting back to their customers. I had trouble reaching anybody. It would ring and no one would answer and then it would go to a busy signal, I couldn't leave a message with the right phone number.
