The sales rep was awesome but the installation was painful. However, I felt misled about trim being included and then had to pay another $4K for trim. The installation staff insisted on the team coming one day early which caused problems the first time and important information I shared did not get to the crew so they destroyed original trim I wanted kept. They didn't finish the first time and came the second time, but then were not wiling to fulfill all the installation, telling us we had to remove some trim. They also had ... read more
They did not give me all the sticker off the windows, so now I can not get the significant tax credit.
The work wasn't done as agreed on. I deal with a lot of contractors and this is ridiculous. Very poor experience and I would not recommend them to anyone.
I would recommend people to not use them.
I am 91 years old and I would never recommend anyone to get their windows installed after the second week of September because we had a snow storm hit and our house was wide open and I got sick.
It is a good value for the money but the install process was frustrating and could have been a better experience.
