Three separate people measured my window, and none of them got it right! We had to re-order the window. It delayed my project a month!

I will tell them that they are pricey. I also only got a 10 year warranty. She quoted me $1400 for the windows. She knocked it down to $6000 but only gave me a 10 year warranty. I have a lifetime warranty on the upstairs windows.

If it wasn't for the installer and the quality of work he did, I would have rated them a lot lower. They didn't come close to starting when they said. Didn't keep me informed at all. I, at times, had to be the contractor between Champion and their subs. Frustrating at times.

We had used them on 2 of our other homes and we were really excited about working with them again. But, Paul did not do what he told us he could do.

I was not satisfied the first few times. They finally sent a decent crew to fix the problems from the first 2 crews. They destroyed my rock flooring. They did not correctly measure my door frame. They put in my security door in backwards and they cussed in front of my 2 babies.

I would never recommend Champion Windows of Seattle to anybody.

The crew was not organized, I already had my fro t windows replaced. Initially they were taking measurements on the windows that already had been replaced. The installers told my mother in law they would not fit and she informed them the windows in the back were to be replaced, not the front. They damaged my window seals and scratched the wood severely.
