Windows don't seat properly, they are out of alignment and have factory residue (rubber and plastic remnants )all over them !

Installation crew showed up, couldn't find any parking, wouldn't park on street- in parking area all working trucks park and I had to reschedule.

The installer said he would clean the window inside and out and he did not do that. He wiped them down but did not clean them like I expected.

Right now 1 star is too much for a positive review. Champion really needs to make this right. The door has very unsightly gaps around the framing. I can see daylight when I look around the interior trim. The purpose for this door was to protect for a known wet area. This door will probably leak badly in the fall/winter rains. Then because they didn't use pressure treated or composite framing it will probably rot out in 5 years and then our basement will flood. Expect to see these comments on Angie's List

Champion Windows of Seattle has great customer service and great installers. But, they have poor follow through on issues they need to correct.
