The sales man came to our property and had a tour with me from outside because it was a dinner time. I wanted to replace three windows, and he saw all the windows from out side. Everything was visible (including the shape of frame, etc) from outside. We had a total of six windows installed (four casements and two picture windows). Our experience with Champion started off positive but when one picture window was accidentally cracked on installation that is when our problems began. The installation crew immediately showed us the crack and apologized. There were also two screens for the casement windows that had been slightly damaged and also needed to be replaced. When the contractors installed the skywall in our kitchen, they completely soaked our kitchen floor with water. I came down at one point and saw the water pooled on the floor. They cleaned up the water on the floor, but our wooden floorboards are now warped where I saw the water located. We were hoping the floor would dry out over time and return somewhat to normal, but the warping was just as bad when we returned from our winter vacation. This has been the worst experience I've ever had with a company. The windows look awful from the outside. The white caulking appears to have been put on by a 4 year old. Lacks project needs and no proper communication within the sales and operational teams. Showed up with wrong material and person installing did not know where to start and felt he got the wrong sized windows until I told that the size was right, then he figured out.
