I just think that Champion wants to get people's money. They have a limited lifetime warranty. They don't tell you about the safety aspects of the windows until after they have installed them.

a white trash company. Jim is a con. I feel like another notch on his counter. There's oil stains on my driveway, caulking mess on my newly painted deck from the installer. Few dents on and inside the window frame and scratches on window pane was put in. The trims were not at cut 45 degree. The office help is too young and experience to handle business. Had to keep calling to get an invoice or bill of sales sent through usps.

I will file a report with the Better Business Bureau as well. The reason we hired them was because they have a A+ rating with them and no.

The sales representative and installation crew were very efficient and professional. However, though polite, the office staff did not call me to schedule installation until I called my sales representative about it and did not provide me with my final invoice until a month and a half after my final payment and upon my 4th request.

Overall, I am satisfied with the windows. Our sliding glass door was delivered without the screen and with the wrong colored strips for the outside casing; one has a hole in it. I am still waiting for the replacement strips and the screen. I was not given a timeline for when to expect them to arr...

BEWARE. I will say that the installation crew was great and amazing. But Champion Windows of Seattle management staff is a HUGE disappointment. There was a little communication if any with the scheduling and when everything would be getting installed. They excepted me to drop everything to accommoda...
