They were quick to have someone come out and bid the job. Then 5 weeks later I got windows installed. It only took a day and so far so good. Except the BIG FREAKING GAPING HOLE IN THE SLIDING GLASS DOOR. but it's ok, they said they would send someone right out to take a look. IN THREE WEEKS.
High pressure sales tactics and roof sales representative not as knowledgeable as I expected when it came to what kind of roof venting system would be best for my situation in this 95 year old house. Initial bid was higher by over $2,000 than the local competition for the same type of work that was going to be performed and sales representative had to reduce it by however much after the 25% off the internet coupon to match their price.
