Waiting on follow up for some issues discussed on install day
The process of removing the old and installing new windows was done very nice and smooth. Everyone and everything went on scheduled time and with a couple of minor glitches the whole process was done flawlessly. There are a few items which were referred to future to be completed. Installation crew were very nice, cleaned after themselves and did a great job.
I was not happy about the sales method, the Salesman did all the work and figures on his cell phone which is not shared. So I do not feel good about the up front dealing. The customer should be able to see what they are paying and paying for items listed.
