every aspect from the receptionist, salesman, installation crew, to the mgr/owner of the fenton location was super,polite, professional, down to earth on my level . Once they completed the job of 25 windows in 1.5 days , I paid them and the salesman came by to inspect, see if I was satisfied . I would highly recommend to anyone to compare quality of windows, price , follow up , Champion is the total package all in one.
