There rep, Paojen was & still is wonderful. Thanks Paojen. However the installers didn't speak English and it made it hard to communicate with them. They did a really crappie caulk job. However, upon contacting Paojen, the manager Bob said he is coming out tomorrow to,I hope make it right. So u can send me a new survey after it is made right.

The installation was terrible. He didn't center some of the windows in the opening. The tape he used around the edges didn't stick completely. The corners where he filled with spray foam weren't even with the frame leaving a sunken area. I had to frame the inside of the window with wood trim to make them look even. Terrible worksmanship,

The original price was extremely to high. The promotion was buy two get two free. Upon questioning him. He cut the price in half. So l purchased 4 windows.

My credit card was not charged when I asked. Then it wasn’t even charged the was they said it would be done. I had to have someone out to look at my door handle because it wasn’t tightened properly, within a couple days of it being installed. Now I have to have someone out because the bottom frame is coming off; within a eeek and a half of it being installed. It was originally wood and it is now cheap plastic. Hence why it’s coming apart.
