It would be in your company's best interests for the Lead Installation Craftsman not be allowed to talk to customers. Salesman was knowledgeable and professional.
Only worked 6 hours a day. Poor communication about what was going on and what to expect. We were given different explanations from workers and Manager. Not sure what the truth was. Project took from April ( signed contract) to end of August to complete due to not working consistently on our project. I realize it took a while to get plans approved by County.
The door still doesn't lock, and you can walk up and pull it open, other than that the sun room is just fine.
The quality of the product is not worth the price charged. The screen on the patio is poorly designed, because of the size of the lock on the screen the screen does not open all the way. If you are not careful when you open the patio door from the exterior, you can smash your hand into the screen. Also, since the screen does not open all the way it is not sealed so bugs get between the screen and the patio door when you close the screen bugs that were trapped in between now get into the house.
