The prices are high.
Sales guy was great, quick, helpful. Out account manager quit and our account was never sent to a new person so we were emailing a ghost for months trying to get any information. We finally got an install (he was also nice) but our wall, not the wall our window is on, was damaged. I could get over that but it’s frustrating. This was the 3rd time we used Champion and usually get great service. You failed us this time. Your installers left caulk on the glass of every window you installed this time. I complained to the installers about it and they left me a can of window cleaner that doesn’t remove caulk from glass! When I called to complain to your installation dept I was told to buy a razor blade and scrape it off myself. When I called the salesman to complain— he said the same thing. I SHOULDNT HAVE TO CLEAN NEW WINDOWS AFTER INSTALLATION!
Windows are less than 3 months old and one failed. That’s not quality
