The product and install are both great, but there were some problems during install (mud on carpets, etc) that make it very difficult to recommend this company to a friend.

They had poor communication, the timeline was not what they stuck too and it was difficult to get return phone calls.

Windows installed are damaged and defective. Missing parts. One window doesn't stay up when opened. Another window has a dent in the interior frame. Gaps around several window facings that were not there before work was done Parts missing on window. We regret our decision to go with Champion. Not a chance!

I was hung up on, my door was installed late even though they had it early, nobody would call me back to let me know what was going on, they still installed the wrong door, all around one of the worst experiences.
