There's been no proactive communication from the company since I placed my deposit. My windows and remaining door are three months late so far and I have been unable to get an ETA on delivery despite multiple attempts at contacting the company. I feel like I've been robbed of my deposit.

We will never use champion again and over the next few years we have a lot more windows we plan to replace. The process of communicating with anyone involved in our project was impossible. There was no communication between staff members with each other either. We have very high windows that required scaffolding for the job. The first person to come do measurements wasn't told to bring a tall enough ladder. The measurements were too big making it more difficult for the install team. The windows that were installed in my house don't look finished, and they were not wrapped well. I am displeased with the way they look.

I ordered the windows in early/mid August and they weren’t installed until the 21st of December 2021. Several times I called inquiring the status on my windows and there was no response. I had to go back to the Salesperson to get a response and a status. In early December, I was told they could finally install them but when the installation team showed up, the crew said they wouldn’t fit. I am still waiting to hear if Champion is going to come and fix my new windows. I have 1 window that won’t open properly and has a chip in the glass. 1 window has the spray foam that exploded through all the caulking. Another window has glitter on the glass that won’t come off.

I would not recommend Champion Window and Door. The installation manager Bob Eartherton never returned phone calls and never contacted me for updates. I always had to contact him for updates and scheduling. The installation crew was nice but you'd think a window and door installer would know what a shim was and that he needed to use them while installing windows and doors.
