The way they have handled everything so far has been subpar to my satisfaction.
I am still waiting on a window. They do not return or answer my calls. I call at least once a month and leave a message. Once they sold it they were done with me.
Not one person from Champion reached out to me after the last survey, so why should a second survey be completed. A goal needs to be better communication with your customers.
Job incomplete
The windows are installed mess and caulky. One window was completely wrong and I am still waiting for that to be resolved. The windows had glue in between the panels from the factory and will never come all the way clean. For a higher price point than the competition I truly expected better.
This is because of my bad experience with the installation crew and the lack of response.
Don't use champion for roofing
We were disappointed with the installation crew not paying attention to detail and the quality work. They even damaged 3 different parts of our home but while they did fix it, it was quite a process.
At first he was good. I called to reschedule and I was jokingly told that Bob would take me out to dinner, which i thought was very inappropriate. The crew was a no call no show. I was told they would be sending a big crew, the big crew was 2 guys, they were able to get 4 windows in. We were told 2-3 weeks,but it took 6 weeks.
