My order was wrong, and they haven't rectified it yet. My entry door is the wrong door. It is a left-handed door when it should be a right-handed door (or vise versa). I ordered peepholes in two doors, but they didn't come because the salesperson didn't write it down. They told me 2 weeks ago that it would be back in a couple of weeks. Room turned out fine but the debris and cigarette butts were too much. Communication with Ben was horrible.

The product and install are both great, but there were some problems during install (mud on carpets, etc) that make it very difficult to recommend this company to a friend.

They had poor communication, the timeline was not what they stuck too and it was difficult to get return phone calls.

Windows installed are damaged and defective. Missing parts. One window doesn't stay up when opened. Another window has a dent in the interior frame. Gaps around several window facings that were not there before work was done Parts missing on window. We regret our decision to go with Champion. Not a chance!
