The crew is unprofessional and doesn't keep the area around the house cleaned as promised. I was very unsatisfied with their level of service. I assume that the quality product I paid for was what I received, only time will tell. The salesman is great at closing the sale promising only the utmost of professionalism and quality but the project manager and crew really missed the mark.
They need to be more organized, and upfront on procedures. They should give a more specific time on job completion. It has taken over 6 moths for our job.
The installers are wonderful. The product seems very high-quality. The service was terrible. Promises were consistently made and consistently broken. The project (5 windows) took 6 months to complete from initial payment to finishing all aspects of the job. Our salesman (who I thought would be our advocate) stopped responding to us early on in the process.
